Thanks for visiting our website www.dori-ielts.com. This policy explains the what, how, and why of the information we collect when you visit our website, or when you use our Services. It also explains the specific ways we use and disclose that information. We take your privacy extremely seriously, and we never sell lists or email addresses. This policy (together with our terms of website use (www.dori-ielts.com/website-terms-use/) and any other documents referred to on it) set out the basis on which we will process any personal data we collect from you, or which you provide to us, in the course of using our site www.dori-ielts.com For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 we are the data controller.

You do not need to register or supply any personal information to browse our website.

What data we collect and how we collect it
We collect the most basic information such as your name and email when you comment on our blog or contact us. This is the type of information found in a typical business card. You do not need to supply us with any personal information to use the services on our website.
We use Google Analytics to track the numbers of visitors to our site but do not collect any personal information or store IP address locally on our site. This is only used to monitor the number of hits on our pages and location at the country level, therefore, we cannot track or trace individual users or their physical addresses however, Google may be able to. We do not have any control over what Google does with this data. They will be the data controller for the data they collect.
DATA STORAGE
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. The website is encrypted using SSL technology. All payments take place through paypal which is one of the safest ways to send money online.
We take your privacy very seriously, and will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, but please be aware that any data which you send to our site is sent at your own risk.
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, processed and/or stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). By submitting your personal data, you agree to this. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

What we do with the data
This information is used by us to contact you to offer you services that you have expressed an interest in. We will contact you to offer these and related services. We do not share, outsource, offshore this information with anyone outside our company and only use it to contact you. We do not transfer the data to countries outside the EU.
We respect your privacy and will not sell or pass this information to anyone unless required by law.
Lawful Bases – the legal reason for processing your data
By communicating, commenting or asking us to contact you, you understand that you are providing this information to us voluntarily and there is a legitimate reason to retain this information for the period required to discharge those obligations mentioned above. Without the contact information, we will not be able to get back to you or publish your comments.
Where we ask for Consent you will be asked to opt-in and you are free to not give or withdraw if you have given consent and then change your mind.
We also rely on Legitimate Interest as a legal basis to process information where we have a clear interest to process your data and it does not impact your rights and freedoms. Your rights
When you provide use with your personal information you have certain rights, these include the right to ensure:

• You can ask for the data to be supplied to you in a portable format if appropriate
You can do this by using the Contact Us form. We will, of course, need to verify your identity before we can speak to you about the data or act on your instructions.
How long do we keep your data
Your personal data will be retained for the period needed to interact with you but no longer than 2 years and will be retained in an anonymised form thereafter. Which means you will not be identifiable when the data is anonymised.
For comments for the period the blog is published. We do not publish your email address only the name you have used. This does not need to be your real name. Please do not leave personal information in your comments.
How your data is protected
This information will be retained online on our website and protected behind our hosting provider’s firewall and other security arrangements. As with any such hosts website there is no absolute guarantee of security. If you feel this not sufficient then please do not provide any personal information or let us know and we will dispose of the information, securely of course.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy often to stay informed of changes that may affect you, as your continued use of the Website signifies your continuing consent to be bound by this Privacy Policy. Our electronically or otherwise properly stored copies of this Privacy Policy are each deemed to be the true, complete, valid, authentic, and enforceable copy of the version of this Privacy Policy which were in effect on each respective date you visited the Website.

Public Information and Third Party Websites
(a) Blog. We have public blogs on our Website. Any information you include in a comment on our blog may be read, collected, and used by anyone. If your Personal Information appears on our blogs and you want it removed, contact us here. If we are unable to remove your information, we will tell you why.
(b) Social media platforms and widgets. Our Website includes social media features, such as the Facebook Like button. These features may collect information about your IP address and which page you are visiting on our Website, and they may set a cookie to make sure the feature functions properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Website.
